A place where you will find a whole hub of wellness and wellbeing to support you through the various stage’s menopause.

We are based in the beautiful town of Ludlow in Shropshire, where we offer clinic appointments for menopause therapy, massage, and non-surgical menopause skin and hair treatments.

We also host workshops and meet ups in Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.

Menome provide a safe space to meet, explore and connect as you learn to live well through your various stages of menopause.

We are here to guide and support you through your menopause journey.

Menome Workshops

Menopause is our body and brains way of taking us through to the next stage of our life’s journey. It’s a time to reflect and reset for what's next.

Many women share different experiences of change through menopause, we are all individual and menopause affects us all differently. Some women struggle to manage and to understand the signs and symptoms that are happening to them, and others want to explore and practice what we need to do, to support our health and wellbeing through this transition of change.

Our workshops will teach and support you to understand these changes, we provide education, skills and tools so this tranisition is more wholesome and kind to you.

Workshop topics including, understanding the stages of your menopause journey, signs and symptoms you will be experiencing, why and how this happens. The Meno brain, understanding what is going on in your head and how to reframe your thinking.

Lifestyle changes to include food, mood, sleep, nutrition, exercise, hormones and much more.

Our workshops are incredibly resourceful, interesting, and fun. A perfect way to learn, listen, share, and connect with others.

CBT for Menopause

Menopause often leaves women with debilitating symptoms ranging from low mood, anxiety, poor sleep and anger, frustration and weight gain.

Maintaining a balanced lifestyle through these changes can be challenging.

CBT is an evidence based approach to therapy. We will look at new ways to develop statergies to best manage menopause symptoms.

CBT for menopause is recomended ny NICE for the treatment of menopause symptoms.

Julie is a highly skilled accredited therapist & Mental Health and Wellness Life Coach.

Massage for Menopause

Massage helps reduce the stress hormone cortisol, while boosting our happy hormones serotonin and dopamine and increases much need endorphins.

Massage helps to regulate and balance your body’s fluid and re-balances hormones.

Menopause can impact the body’s range of movements, especially if you are suffering from aches and pains. Massage stimulates the natural muscle lubricants in your body, especially those between your connective muscles, helping your body feel less more relaxed.

Blood pressure can rise in menopausal women, either through hormone change or weight gain during this period. Research has proven that massage reduces blood pressure.

By helping the body to relax, massage reduces menopause stress levels helping you to combat stress fatigue.

Regular massage therapy improves sleep quality. Not only relaxing the body it calms the mind.

Diminishing oestrogen levels have a huge impact on the skin, making it dry and itchy. Massage oils can really help your skin look and feel much better.

From highly experienced nursing and therapeutic backgrounds Julie and Michelle, are incredibly passionate about living well through menopause.
