A place where you will find a whole hub of wellness and wellbeing to support you through the various stage’s menopause.

We host various workshops and meet ups in Oxfordshire, Gloustershire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.

Menome provide a nurturing, safe space to meet others, connect and explore our beautiful countryside.

We are here to support and guide as you learn to live well through your various stages of your menopause journey.

Menome Meet Ups.

We run regular group meet ups, getting outside in nature for walks & talks, with our greatest healer Mother Nature.

Spending time outdoors boosts your emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing, helping you to feel more relaxed and focused.

Loneliness plays a huge part of our menopause journey, even if you have lots of people around you.

Connection and meeting others is what we need to do more of.

Spending time out in nature has vast health benefits, the perfect prescription to help improve :

Menome Workshops

Many women share different experiences of change through menopause, we are all individual and menopause affects us all differently. Some women struggle to manage and to understand the signs and symptoms that are happening to them, and others want to explore and practice what we need to do, to support our health and wellbeing through this transition of change.

Our workshops will teach and support you to understand these changes, we provide education, skills and tools so this tranisition is more wholesome, nurturing and kind to you.

Workshop topics including, understanding the stages of your menopause journey, signs and symptoms you will be experiencing, why and how this happens. The Meno brain, understanding what is going on in your head and how to reframe your thinking.

Lifestyle changes to include food, mood, sleep, nutrition, exercise, hormones and much more.

Our workshops are incredibly resourceful, interesting, and fun. A perfect way to learn, listen, share, and connect with others.

Menome Team.

Julie and Michelle are both accredited and registered health professionals. They both have over 20 years' experience of working in mental health and wellbeing with the NHS and private sector.

From highly experienced nursing and therapeutic backgrounds Julie and Michelle, are incredibly passionate about living well through menopause.

Like you they too are going through this exciting life transition. We both have a huge passion for holistic therapy and regulary practice, yoga, meditation and breathwork, we also love the outdoors and walking and exploring new places to meet up.

Julie and Michelle are both members of British Menopause Society (BMS). They continue with regular professional development and training to ensure they meet the requirements of quality menopause education.
